If you need to get a package delivered ASAP, Skyline Shuttle is the fast way! The most economical way to ship is to drop off and pick up your package at our regular stops on both ends. If this is not possible, pick up or delivery to your doorstep can be arranged at an additional charge.

Your package must meet the following requirements:

  • 50 lbs or less per package

  • Package Length + Width + Height is less than 76" and no side longer than 48"

  • No hazardous materials (see policies)

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Packages can be left or collected in Duluth from our office in the Holiday Center, 207 W. Superior Street, Suite 213B. Packages in Minneapolis can be left or collected from the MSP Airport Lindbergh Terminal Ground Transportation area at the Skyline Shuttle desk. Hinckley shipments can be picked up or dropped off at Hinckley area hotels with prior arrangements. You may be required to present ID to collect your package.


To arrange a delivery in Duluth, call 218-724-4676. Outside of Duluth call 888-354-2677. Business hours are 7am-9pm Central Time every day of the week.


Policies:

  • We guarantee your package will be dropped off at our drop off location within 24 hours from the time we receive it. A full refund will be provided if not.
  • You may cancel a shipment any time before it is picked up for a full refund.
  • Packages are automatically insured up to $100 each. Additional insurance up to $1000 can be purchased for $3 per $100 in insurance.
  • If a Courier service is needed to complete a shipment, please keep in mind that the courier service is a separate company and may have different policies regarding refunds, guarantees and insurance. Those terms can be provided to you when you schedule your shipment.
  • Additional insurance may be needed if you are using a courier service or third party to complete a shipment.
  • Skyline Shuttle is not accountable for packages after they leave our possession.
  • Packages must arrive at the drop off location before the scheduled pick-up time. The shuttle cannot wait for packages.
  • Skyline Shuttle cannot accept hazardous materials such as harmful chemicals, flammables, biohazards, or radioactive material.
